Not as loud as the gong in Stravinsky's "Rite of Spring"

By the way - it works really well

I just got mines installed yesterday. I haven't done any mods on my car but you'll be able to hear it after shifting above 5500 rpm. It's pretty soft but it is noticeable from inside the car. I like the sound but wish i could hear it when i shift at lower rpms.

I have one and it works great no stalling or iddling problems. But the APS BOV does not whoosh at low rpm's only when you wind up the turbo usually 3000rpm or higher.

You just made a thread with 30 responses related to BOVs. You asked this same question within that thread, and now you're asking in a new thread that was only requesting information related to the APS. How many times are you going to ask the same, damn question about the most useless of all things (bov sound)?

Do you know what a BOV is and what it does? Do you not understand why it won't make "cool sounds" at low rpm? Do you not understand that you don't buy a $200-$300 BOV just so that you can hear it, but rather to hold boost rock steady without leaking at high rpm? You don't have to agree with my opinions on aftermarket BOVs, but you do have to agree that your BOV questions are kinda weird for someone who is trying to build up a 50-post count in order to be allowed to use the "For-Sale" section

You went from trying to sell your car and its parts to asking inane, repetitive questions about BOVs. I smell a rat...

Uh, your questions have been answered 40 times in the last 2 days. Your questions have also been answered nearly 1000 times in the past if you'd bother SEARCHING. But of course, you don't want to search, you just want a quick way to get your post count to 50 so you can try to sell your 2004 BBY GSR, so you have no need for a BOV anyway. Nice try...

I have the aps valve and air filter kit. Made more HP on the dyno than any other kit. we tried 4 others and all of them sucked the HOT air from under the hood . The aps gets its from under the fender well. And there is NO water problems....Cool air make for power ....

^^^^sweet. i think i am getting the BOV soon and maybe the CIA, but i like my I/C sprayer. is there a way to modify APS's CAI without having to remove the I/C resivoir, and I don't want to spend $155 on the extra tank they offer. any idling issues with the APS CIA? i take it you needed a tune as well with this mod. thanks.
