Sigh...another Evo to Supra owner STC...

yup, not like anyone really cares, just thoguth i'd let it be known that i plan to keep my evo for about another 1/2 a year or so and its going bye bye and being replaced by a MK4 Supra TT. The Evo is an awesome car and always will be 1 of my top 5 cars, but it doesnt suit my needs, i dont autoX (even tho its awesome) or do canyon runs or any of the strong points of an Evo. I am more of a drag, roll-race, drift, and torque freak. I think the Supra will fit me and it also has a strong engine like the 4g63. I will maybe buy another Evo years down the road because its a nice car, but the 03's and their weak diffs and such arent satisfying me, theyre actually pissing me off all the time. So i have stopped my modding route and just plan to get Tein Flex coilovers just to replace my S Tech'd stock struts.

2 of my friends have 94 supra TT 6 speeds. both of them are crazy fast. it really doesn't even take that much money to get between 400-500 rwhp out of them either. and you can do it on the stock twins. the record 1/4 mile time on the supra twins is low 10's.

i might be with you on this one....im currently thinking about selling my evo and buying a supra since i dont autox and there are no tracks around me. i just wonder what traction would be like in a 600whp supra on street tires such as bfg kdw.

Yo, I hear you on the supra!! Those things rock! I always wanted to have one, but never actually got it. I think the evo is a better car for all-around performance, but as far as styling and amenities, etc. now thats a different story. You're still gonna buy my TME right?? Haha, it wont be longer than a few months down the road!

Supra and the Cobra are both monster cars that respond huge to the smallest mods.

yea as i stated, im not a big autoX guy, drifting more than anything gets my blood rushing and a aHUGE smile on my face everytime i get a RWD car sideways esp on dirt, it tends to slide a lot...well i still have about 1/2 a year more with my evo so i just hope nothing goes wrong. I just have to try and find a low mileage and bone stock supra (less than 50k miles) 6spd and TT, i plan to go single and goal is about 500whp on 91pump gas, but more would be nice, just nothing near the 800-1000whp range because this car will be daily driven. PS: do the supras twins spool faster than the16G?

as for my top 5, sinc ewe're on the subject (not in this order) are...

1. Toyota Supra TT
2. Nissan Skyline GT-R34 (Z Tune)
3. Mclaren F1
4. Mitsu Evo FQ-320
5. Ferrari F-430 (Such a nice looking car)
