Mitsu ECU Upgrade?
350 hp at the crank is quite a boost. Someone else said it right if you could up the boost to 20-22psi and maintain it through the rpm band you would have a lot of extra power there. My guess is they lean it out a bit and program the wastegate to stay open through the rpm band to gain the power. I'm betting this car is like the Supra. If you have the key you can unlock a $hit load of power in stock trim. They know full well what this car is capable of and what people intend to do with them. Ralliart will be a huge factor. Like TRD and Mopar all of their performance mods are warranty intact. Lets hope Ralliart is the same and produces some kick a$$ products.

I use the equivalent of US 92 octane (98 European) but you can use 91 as well.
Because that's as good as we can get out here. All the brand name knobs in California put 92 in their SUV's (which might even run on 87), so the refineries couldn't keep up with demand, so the best we have out here is 91 pee-water. Unless you want to go to 76 and pay 5 bucks for a gallon of 100 race gas.
On EVO VIIs people have been reliably getting 349bhp @ 6930 rpm and around 313 ft/lb torque, with boost increase to 1.4 bar (20.3 psi), cat back exhaust, intake (basically changed the filter), and a ECU mod (fuel remap) with apexi unit, HKS, blitz...
So an ECU chip would do the same as above, but we may need a diff. exhaust, UNLESS
deisgned the stock exhaust to be free flowing already. In which case, ECU is enough.

i personally think the 271 hp will be more than enough for me to get inot all the trouble i want, but latter down the raod maybe and i mean maybe this might be an idea to throw around.
And yes I have a deposit on one , and yes iam planning on buying one.
I can wait..................
