They just showed an EVO VII and were saying how they weren't in the US, then showed an EVO VIII and said it was a monster, and was the car to have if your into hardcore vehicles. Thought it was pretty cool. I haven't seen this show but once before, but I saw an evo in the opening and watched it. It's a pretty cool show but I can't stand the hosts.

 

They showed that episode for the first time about a month ago.... been a few posts about the show in general, and about the Evo's appearance.

Super2ner tv is so -so IMO. The hosts are TOOLS and dont really know much. THey read their cue cards well though. I like the trucks show they have on TNN. That guy that hosts it definitely knows his **** and he makes some amazing trucks.

 

Yeah I watched that right before, I like watching that.

 

Actually, this has been my disagreement. I DON'T think they're good hosts, however I think they know their stuff. You watch them as they look under the hood of the car, they seem to know what they're looking at. They are, however, HORRIBLE TV personalities overall. The overuse of slang, for instance, gets on my nerves. Even my wife, after watching a little bit of it, (she's much more mellow than I) was nearly shouting "SHUT THE F*CK UP!" Anyway, I like the show as for what it targets, which is pretty much what SCC covers, as far as enthusiasts. Not the best, no, but, better than HiRevTuners.

Finch, don't worry about it. I've been around for nearly forever, and this is pretty much all I do with my time online, so, I've got a longer memory than most. Just, please, don't ask about engine swaps or lightweight flywheels.

 

The hosts are definitely TOOLS.. couldn't have said it better myself..
