Another evo down

Well as the thread states another evo has been put to its grave. Went and picked up some friends from the bar that needed a ride home. I was coming around a big wide turn when my friend in the passenger seat grabbed my wheel pulling the whole car to the right. I tried to correct and ended up going into a power slide right off the road. I was the only one that had a seat belt while my friend in the passenger seat and my friend in the back seat both were ejected from the car. They are both ok with a couple fractures, but nothing serious, thank god. From what I concluded from the wreckage site it seemed I flipped about 5-6 times and possibly went end over end once or twice of those flips. Looking at my wrecked car I am very lucky to even be alive. I'm not exactly sure what I will be doing with the car. I may part some things, but from the looks of it the only thing that looks like that could be parted is my seats. I have yet to look under the hood. I'll be keeping my XEDE, turbo timer and gauges, but I'm not going to bother with the sensors.

Here are some pictures of the car as you can see the passenger compartment held up really well and if my friends had their seat belts on they would of walked away from the accident as I have. I am really amazed on how well the passenger compartment held up and hope this is a lesson to everyone to PLEASE PLEASE WHERE YOUR SEAT BELT! Now I just have to mess with the insurance.

Picture quality is from my cellphone, I'll be taking more detailed pics tomorrow when I feel like going through the car and gathering my belongings.

Regarding the friend that pulled your wheel, you should finish what the wreck started.

I know he shouldn't have pulled the wheel, but I think he may have flipped out for some reason as he is not used to the handling of an evo. I'm not sure and he doesn't remember. I'm really lost on the whole situation

I wouldn't trade my friends for the world. Even though one happen to wreck my car, I'm just glad they are ok. People make mistakes, you learn from those mistakes and move on. A car is a car, it can be replaced.

55-60mph. Speedlimit is 55mph. I'm not sure what he thought. Next time I'll duct tape his arms to the seat.
