If it were my car he wouldn't be riding in it anymore PERIOD. Make him walk his drunk *** home next time!

I'm glad you are okay though and hope you get everything squared away with insurance and back on the road with a new Evo.

This is exactly how it should be. A car is just a car, it can be replaced with some money. A friend is a human being. You cant just go to a dealership and pick up a new friend. Friends are more important than a car ANY day, and im glad you feel that way too. Im glad to hear everyones ok. Sorry about the car, but remember, it was only a car.

1. His *** would never be allowed in the front seat again, he'd be lucky to be allowed in my car ever again.

2. He'd be paying the difference in insurance premiums due the accident he caused.

3. He'd be loaning me his car to drive while I was searching for a new one, or he would pay for the rental.

Friend or no friend, he f*cked up, he should be held responsible. I'm all for putting friends before possesions, but that doesn't mean letting them destroy your possesions without reprecussions, accident or not.

My 2 yen

I feel your pain man! I crashed my new 2005 EVO because of a stupid guy that ran a red light, but mine was in a bad shape on the front. But after one month I finally received the car today, most of the damage was on the radiator, intercooler (replaced it with a new AMS), intercooler support, bumper, hood, etc. The engine was ok. Too bad you wont have a happy ending like me.

Glad to hear your friends are fine, after the guy that pulled your wheel recovers %100, KILL HIM!

Not really, just punch him a few times!

wow, glad to hear everyone is okay. but seriously - what the F_U_C_K was your, uh, "friend" thinking?????????? that is ridiculous and there's no excuse for that. Yes, we are all human and we all make mistakes, but seriously - what the hell happened here? He could have killed 3 people, and for what??? I don't get it. What possesses someone to grab the driver's wheel and manipulate it in any way??? I'm horrified. I can't even picture anyone I know doing something like that. I'm just glad you're all ok. Wow.
