Hey guys, I need to decide between 3 colors, Blue by you, black and silver.

I did a search, however was not able to find any of these colors.

silver is the best imo blue and black 2 much like a wrx 2 me but silver is hot in any weather

 

I second the silver, just seems to show off the lines of the car so much more, sorry if someone has already stated this but it's the truth, anyways that's the color mine is showing up in, wanted that color for 2 years now, ahhh and it's o so close...

 

I really could live whit any of those colors. I was disappointed when I saw the red car the Detroit autoshow. It did not look good to me. Black cars can be beautiful and properly cleaned.

I'd say go Tarmac Black if you want that Clean and luxurious feel. Go Blue By You to be unique and to catch someones eye while you driving down the highway.

 

Silver is my first choice black is second. Cars just look MEAN in black. White would actually be my 3rd color. I don't really like the US blue we're getting. The Euro and Japanese metallic blue looks really nice. Unfortunately we don't get that color.

Really? I thought the red one at the Detroit show looked VERY nice.

Anyway, I like all three of those colors (the only one I wouldn't want would be a white evo.), but personally I would take blue. I think it still looks sweet.

 

I went on the last day. I don't know what they did to the paint. It looked very cheap and blurry. Maybe it was a bad example. Red is not a bad color. I would need to see another one to change my mind however.

I agree. I have a deposit on the Apex Silver, but I just emailed my dealer to see if I could switch to the other one they are getting, which is Rally Red.
For a 4-door, even though the Evo is aggressive looking, silver is too mundane for me. A red Evo to me says "yes, it's got 4 doors but it's not the family truckster." (as if the huge wing and front end don't say that already) Plus my buddy at work has a silver WRX and I have to look at it every day. I want something different. I also really like the Blue By You. It's lighter than the WRX blue, plus all the WRX's I see in ST.L are other colors anyway.

Whatever color, you can't go wrong - it's still an Evo.

BTW, did anyone see the article on the EVO in CAR (UK) magazine? It was like a steely, metallic blue-grey. Looked weird.

 

I really like a lot of their colors but I'm getting the lighting yellow. It is a bright color in the pictures, but i haven't seen it in person yet. Hopefuly this monday 3/3 What did the pople think about it when they saw the yellow Evo in the LA show? To bright, or just right?
The only down side to the yellow is that it screams "FAST DRIVER" to police, and the color itself represents "danger, and caution", which is cool to syke out the other drivers. But after i am done with it... like after it breaks in, this is when the yellow willl shine

 

i was at the show and me and my friend both agreed that the yellow is definently bright, but, does seem to be toned down a little. looks extremely fast even when still. youll especially like the contrast of red brakes, black cf spoiler center and inside sections, and bright yellow car....so will the police... im trying to get a blue by u so im sure ill be in the same boat as you as far as "attention getter" quality is concerned...

 

i like white.... white with carbon fiber all over it =)

 

I've had 2 black cars.... I'll never own a black one ever again... I had to wax the thing every damn month just to make the paint last for more than 5 yrs....
