Note: The diffuser is not Black, but Graphite Grey color code.
Did they Sand down the bumper before applying the new paint, if they did of course the painter wouldn't have known about the diffuser being painted already.

IMO I like the diffuser painted black or dark grey. Hopefully you have the written estimate of the job that you requested and it stated exactly what you wanted painted and what paint color, etc. If you do then you definately can go back and make them fix it at their cost. Hope it all works out but it does look nice.
