Well today I picked up my Evo after having an Evo IX rear bumper painted and installed. I was very specific as to what I wanted painted. When I got there I saw that the whole bumper was painted and that they didn't leave the cutout/diffuser black. When I asked them about it they said that is wasn't black to begin with and that they thought it would look better painted. So, if I have it repainted black will it look the way it did originally? Will it have that shiny gloss look to it. The shop closed so I have to wait until tomorrow to finish the discussion. Needless to say I'm a little pissed.

ps-I definitely need a new catback now. My Helix sticks out way to far.
