How much boost and HP support the stock turbo, and wich one would be the best turbo kit and cheap?

about 410 seems to be the avg. high on stock turbo do a post search on it.

Did you miss the part where he has a "EVO IX" I dont think anyone (or him) in the USA has a IX or a IX turbo, so no one knows ? But the search advice is a good place for him to start.

And how, may I ask, you drive an EVO 9?
Stock EVO 8 turbos are good for 300-400AWHP depending on the dyno ... Dynojets read higher than Dynodynamic or Mustang AWD dynos ...
