If you don't want the cops' attention, buy the G35.

By the way, you're not going to find a M3 in a good condition with relatively low miles for that price. If you want a M3, just spend more money and get one in good condition.

The Evo, with the big wing in the back is going to attract a lot of attention from law enforcement no matter where you go. Keep that in mind when you make your decision.

Depends on if you'll be driving in snow. All those other cars are useless in the Winter.

 

your lucky day.. let you have my lightning yellow 05 (4 months old/4k miles) with 3k worth of upgrades-done right, for pay-off. aprox. 30k. take the leftover 5k and put it in the evo. adult owned and driven.

I would get either a used Z06 or a new Evo. You can find a very nice Z06 for under $35,000. I put 37,000 miles on an 01 that I bought new and the car was fast and fun. I traded it for a Nissan Titan so that I have a tow vehicle, but would certainly own another one.

I did keep our 05 Evo as it is still under arranty (such as that may be from Mitsubishi) and it has AWD and four doors, so I like the Evo a lot too. My wife prefers the Evo too the Vette which was also a consideration. I would probably skip the BMW as I owned an E36 M3 two years and thought is was seriously overrated.
