friends wife hit me the day of trade in for evo

ok i forgot to tell you guys about this little story. i had a 3g eclipse and i was parked in my buddy drive way behind his wifes xtera with a nice big tow hitch on the back. we were sitting on his front porch talking about me getting my Evo. (i went up to car max 3 days earlier to get my evo and i had to pay to get it shipped down. i allready did all my paper work and got the loan all i had to do was finalize it and trade my car in for it.) his wife and his sister said that they were going to get some food and they needed to be let out of the driveway. i said ok i will get my keys they were allready in the truck waiting for me. i got inot my car and i started to back out. now i was going onto a road so i was not using my mirrors. so i was turned around looking out the back for traffic. i started to go and the next thing i hear is a huge CRUNCH. i stopped thinking i hit something and i looked foward and i saw that she had backed into me. my buddy comes running up to the car saying what the hell was that. i got out and saw that there was a huge hole in my front bumper. she got out of her truck and started to cry and tried to come up to me i walked away and told her not to talk to me. i was pretty pissed off at that time i tought i was not going to get my evo. i allready had the downpayment in my had and i couldnt afford to pay anymore. she left and my buddy and i went to auto zone got some puddy and the closest paint that we could find. we were out there for 4 hours pudding the car and painting. let me tell you the car looked like ***. well i told them that they are comming up to carmax with me to buy it because if they take away any money of the apprasial of the car they would have to match it. we took it back up there and they didnt even look at it a second time. i have never filled out paper work so fast. i got the hell out of there with my evo before they could find out what happened. but i did get my evo and they didnt have to pay any money. i did feel bad about yelling at the girl that hit me but i thought i was not going to get my evo

Reminds me of the time one of my friend's hot girlfriend went to the strip club with us. On the way out, she ran into the back of my Evo, in the parking lot, at 3mph. How the hell do you do that?? She was lucky it didnt' leave any scratches, dents or cracks. Chick drivers....

Ya, women can't drive. And that is the truth. When I go out with girls. There is no way I will let them drive...unless I know that they are safe drivers. I ain't putting my life in the hands of some girls that can't drive...which is the majority...but not ALL.

i used to work for carmax and it is the sales consultant duty to make sure it is in the same condition as when it was appraised as he drives it back inside of carmax. he was probably happy selling a car to you and making 150 bucks that he forgot to check the car.so they wont call you back and say your car was damaged. nevertheless congrats on the car. what year/miles/price ?

Well depending on the particular deal they may not have cared anyways. In other words even if they were aware of the damage they may have moved forward with the deal regradless.
