by the way how much are these ecutek flashes? Would I see a big increase or difference in hp from Al's dynoflash that I have and your ecutek flash? I am going to stick with the stock turbo for now, only major upgrade im doing soon are the gsc 272s and I want to be around 350 whp or so with 93 octane and 21-23 psi.

All reflashing platforms are mere tools - like a screwdriver or wrench to enable your tuner to adjust the ecu settings.

Dyno Flash is my company and me as a tuner.

I do both my own reflash version and the ECUTEK based platform, both of which are capable of making the same power with the same a/f and ignition timing settings.

ECUTEK is an excelent platform as it demystifies many of the complexities of tranditional hexidecminal code reverse engineering which take months and months of trial and error and it is all broken down and set forth in tables right from the start. Additionally Ecutek offers excelent support and cutting edge research. They also have extra features which have not yet been unlocked with other flashing platforms.

I hope that answers your questions and helps explain some of the differences between the products.

Al is an EcuTek authorized dealer.
I can not predict or assume that it would be better or worse. As Al has stated before me, we use the Reflashing equipment to perform an action that will yield positive results. When modifying your vehicle it becomes manditory with todays more advanced ECU's, that they be tweeked for optimal performance.
We are here merely to continue that advancement while giving the market an option where there isn't any. Being the first dealer in Jersey for EcuTek we can now offer the same product many other vendors do without having to travel too far.

Al, Is a good friend and I would not say that one tune may be better than another. We have similar philosphies when it comes to tuning and we will leave it at that.

Hey Precision,
Will you offer a flash service for ECU's that the P0300 flash has been applied for?
AND
Will you do a reflash at a competitor's price?
AND
Is this a dyno (on-site) flash only?
AND
Do you have any base maps for the EVO?

Thanks!
Joe
