BOost Controllers pwn!!!!

I just got my boost controller on today and all I can say is wow! My hks gauge only reads up to 1.5 bars so we peaked it out to right around 1.5 max so itll be safe. Went from around 1.30 bars to 1.50 and it feels amazing, the hallman holds boost til redline and the turbo boosts a little quicker too! I think this is the single best mod I did next to my ecu dynoflash and exhaust. Its time to go with the gsc 272s soon and I can't wait to see how much more power I will be putting down in the near future. If you don't have a boost controller, and are feeling skeptical about getting one, I say go get one because theres a night and day difference.

I put this on as my first performance mod and was really surprised what a difference running a solid 20 psi made. I installed my catless TBE and was completely shocked!

Wouldnt running extra boost in the car make the motor run lean?

So we all know that turning up the boost is a good way to get more fun/power out of the car...

...is it possible to save on gas by turning the boost down?

Yes if you don't have any type of tuning or a bigger fuel pump. I got a 255 walboro lph fuel pump upgrade and a dynoflash from Al.

Turn down the boost? What the hell? Get rid of the car if the gas is too much man. It only gets worse.

just ordered a defi d boost gauge and along with a hallman mbc. I cant wait to finally know what boost i'm running.I have few question. Is the installation of the hallman mbc easy? and will turning my boost up to 20 psi safe, until i get a fuel pump and a flash. I will eventually run 21psi after the flash but for now i just want to turn it up to atlease 20 psi.
