Maintenance was only good up until May if you bought a car before the end of that month.

99.9% of banks will look at all 3 Bureau scores and generally use the middle tier score for mortgages, refi's, etc..

Credit Unions or any other finance bank/company with just go by whatever credit bureau they happen to pull the report from.

A score of about 685+ should get you approved for the 0%.

I cant beleive I just read all 25 f*in pages of this but damn! I know more about whats goin on than the dealers around here told me! What I find strange is that a dealer here told me he's seen new ones go down to 24k but I'm gonna call bs on that one. I'm really ready to upgrade my GST but I hope to god the 0% keeps it up at least another month!!!! Thanks for all the info fellas!!

Kelley blue book.com lists the invoice for the Evo 8 as $29,523. I personally wound not pay over invoice when MSRP is almost $31,300. ( $31,294 if you're gonna be picky )

If he was going to give you $20k for your trade-in, and wanted $2k down, how on earth could the payments be $650/month!?! You would only owe $8k on the new
car. Were you talking about a 1-year loan or something?

And why do you think $20k is not right for an '03 Evo? That's 2/3 of its original list price for a car that's over two years old. My '03 only has 30k miles on it, and is on its second clutch and third set of tires, and I'd be happy to get $20k from a dealer (I'd expect more from a private party, of course.)

I really want an 05 and want to get rid of my rally red for a wicked white or elcetric blue. Hopefully the 0% will still be around and 05 still available until i get my settlement money

Maybe he still owes money on his trade.

Most people are paying $200-500 over invoice with the 0% financing. 0% financing saves you a hell of a lot of money over 4-6% which is typical for car loans today. I paid $200 over invoice and was one of the very first to buy on the 2 of August with 0% financing. I was very happy with my deal.

I think it is a good deal if you are getting the 0% financing. If not, then try talking the dealer down to invoice.

No, I paid sticker $36,096 for my WW MR, but I did get the owner loyalty discount of $500.00. I think it has always been hard to get a MR under MSRP.
And if I am not mistaken, invoice is $34,000 and some change.
Matt

yes

i think my good price was in part due to my trade. they gave me $12,500 for a car that they are going to keep since they also have a mazda dealer and list at probably $17,000 so they're planning on making a good chunk of change from that

Offer ends september 6. Theres not gonna be much left over in stock. I was looking to buy a ralliart and grow a family tree in my drive way since my mom has an ES, and i have an OZ. But unfortunately, there are no 05' lancers (includ. evo) available.
