Thanks for the heads up fireball. After reading this thread since the 3rd of August I'm happy to report I picked up my 05 White Non-SSL EVO last night! Although I'm fairly experienced with the EVO, having my own sure is a hell of a lot different. Since yeseterday its gone from 2 miles>220 miles. Can't wait to finish this break in period so I can start having some real fun.

P.S. - It turns out that money does buy happiness

I just called mitsu dealer, and they said that it is month to month...and they havent heard anything just yet. I would be hopeful as I dont think they would get rid of it while the 05s are still on the lot and they need to make room for the 06s.

Most businesses go to the credit bureaus in order depending on what state you live in. If they dont get a hit, they go to next one til all 3 have been visited. They wont always go to all 3 every time.. each pull costs money, and affects your credit rating.

It's hard to tell if the 0% APR will last. It seem every month the federal reserve raises rates buy a 1/4% or more. It seem Right Now Mitsu is the only one who offers 0%. I hope It will still be around because Evo sales are hot right now

Not necessarily. There are some lenders who will only use a particular bureau and won't even consider another - depending on your zip code. I'm only talking about auto loan lenders, I don't have any experience outside of that.

I just got an e mail from the mitsu dealer near my dad's house and she said she spoke with the sales manager and he thinks that it will be carried over. I hope so. I would love to take delivery of a new '05 Electric Blue evo

I can't promise anything but i'm keeping optimistic

Got approved for 0% yesterday but couldnt trade in my 03 . They wanted to give me 20k for my 03 and wanted me to pay 650 a month with 2k down!! I said HELL NO! I walked out of the dealer... I really want an 05 and want to get rid of my rally red for a wicked white or elcetric blue. Hopefully the 0% will still be around and 05 still available until i get my settlement money

Man, I wish I had the cash right now to take advantage of that. I'll be getting a IX but I'd rather have the VIII if there was 0%.
