Since it sounds like you wanted to go on the cheaper side, I still think Buschur is the best because it's cheaper than most other types and produces the best results from an exhaust. There haven't been many long term users of the Megan exhaust system and yes they are cheap but make sure you find out everything you can about this system because like they say... "you get what you pay for."

The stock airbox is good with a drop-in filter if you are going for cheap and effective. I would go with the Buschur intake if you can afford it since I've gotten good results stock.

Again remember that Buschur has a very good reputation for quality parts for relatively cheap. I don't know any really fast Evos with Megan exhausts.

what's the expensive exhaust that's better than buschur?

you do realize it's just a piece of bent pipe right?

you don't have to have diamond encrusted to make it go faster.

Gee let me think, 25whp, stock looking tip, stock like sound(little deeper), stock like muffler(oval), shiny all the way through, tip stays under the bumper, made overseas, easy fit. I think that's enough. Not to mention people who have them don't want to part with it. I have been trying to find a used one so I wouldn't have to pay for a new one, but no luck.

i have buschur modified exhaust. it's a lot quieter since we've added 2 resonator on it, which isn't suppose to make power.

i've made with tbe no cat that exhaust made me 40 whp alone.

we put some cheap tip on it, looked like a stock.

but ever since i've hammered it to fit my front lower brace for racing, it went from 3 inch to 2.5 inch downpipe. lol which hurt my 1/4 time a bit, but i really could care less about 1/4 time on my evo.

if you ask me, if you have money, i would get the espelir.

I don't see anything worth the extra cost over a $600 Megan TBE in this list, except that it's made overseas. Now that I know it's made overseas, I am forever convinced that it's worth every penny...

You're darn right. But you don't see anything else? I have seen the Megan. It's nice, but the muffler is a can, the tip is straight cut, not slant, and the tip is too short, making the muffler visible. And I think the tip comes out slanted, I'm not sure. I think there is a model that comes with a silencer, which means it is loud, and if you do silence it, loss of power.

I have a Helix TBE but if I had to do it over again I'd probably jump on hte Megan deal that Zeus is offering.

Oh and your AVO exhaust is wack just like all exhausts, it's bent piping no more no less.
