Best For The Evo

Hey, I will probably be getting an Evo within the next few weeks, and with it being a mod hungry car I will most likely mod it.

Before I do anything tho, I was just wondering from experience (people on here who have the part, or have used it before) what is the best for the Evo:

Exhaust

Downpipe

Intake

Blow Off Valve

Suspension (if not stock)

Boost Controller

Obviously some people don't have all of this, but I just wanna get some options of things I should look at. If you have any other suggestions as to what to do first, and whats more beneficial.. etc. Post em up, anything can help at this point.

btw.. I know there are probably threads about this kinda stuff throughout the forums.. but I wanted to have it all in one thread/post if possible.. which is why I posted it up.

Thanks.

I have a Hallman Pro boost controller at 21 psi a buschur intake (short ram) Dynoflash reflashed ecu and i have a greddy sp2 catback in the mail as we type. Right now the car is a beast with the intake it runs rich but the dynoflash fixes that. So make sure you get all of your mods or the ones you have listed and then get a reflash from al at dynoflash. Also dont touch your boost let al do it.

from what i have read so far:

exhaust: doesnt matter as long as it is good flowing any exhuast will work. (im getting a megan tbe because its cheap and has been proven to work and good quality- same might not say so only because its cheap and have no real proof)
downpipe: same as exhuast
intake: not sure i think just a drop in filter will do
bov/dv: jdm mr dv, aps dual vent bov.
suspension: coilovers, best springs are the hotchins
boost controller: halman cockpit boost controller

all the information i have searched/read from this board and have no experience with any.

no the exhaust, you want to avoid tapering exhaust.

buschur tbe is one of the exhaust that goes 3" all the way.

stock box is very stable on maf reading compare to cone filters.

duel vent's ok, mr dv is suppose to be good.

coilovers: stiffer then better, with weightbalance on each corner.

sway bars, rear tie bar, strut bar... they all help.

springs : espelir gt/asd, hotchkis

the cockpit controller is called hallman pro rx evo. in the how to section, i have my how to on install as well as pros and cons with 2 diagram on how to install.

True, but if you are keeping the stock cat like I plan to do, then there really is no need to go 3" all the way. Not to mention it expands your choices. Since many of them taper...I wonder why? Especially since top tuners such as HKS don't have full 3", they taper.
