air up tires and keep air filter clean. Don't drag race off the line either. Less throttle means less gas used.

the thing that saves the most gas is getting a tune... this car can see well over 24 miles to the gallon if you get a good tune, even with cams... aparently ted b has done it... search for his thread on improved gas mileage.

even if it did help with downforce at low speeds, which it does it will create more grip on the ground which you in turn have to overcome with hp so yes removing hte wing will get you gas mileage.

I have heard that it will make about 20-25 miles difference per tank.

i would wave the flag at that all day long.

the spoiler, ( cars don't have wings, airplanes have wings.), just wouldn't get much air... it's not that it's blocking anything, it's already behind the bulk of the car, thats breaking the air.

just stay outta the boost, it's not science.

What about some of the claims made by ECU tuners that their "chipped" ECU's or piggybacks will actually improve mileage around town? Anyone actually experience this or was it just too tempting to mash the right pedal?

just because it's a 7 mile trip to work, doesn't mean you have to boost ALL 7 MILES...
