yea stock rims, they just put NGK BPR8ES in my car yesterday and i think they r blown already.

Literally. As in spark blown out due to too wide of a gap. I have not the faintest hint of a misfire with 30.00psi and alky.

There is nothing wrong with your plugs except improper gap, prep and install.

my plugs were at .25??? thats too large???

I can't hold anymore than 20 psi past 7500RPM according to my Defi boost guage...I don't know how you guys are holding 24psi at those revs...I'm gonna bet on inaccurate boost guage.

Stock turbo cannot hold that much boost at those revs.

Try gapping them down to .022.
