The one under the dash behind the coin tray.

I really need to know the bottom row of fuses, as they read from driver's side to passenger side. The owner's manual appears to be incorrect!

To be specific, I just had the car serviced, and something wasn't done correctly. The panel diagram shows 6 fuses on the bottom row, but I see places for only 4 of those mini fuses.

Would someone please take a minute just to verify 4 fuses on the bottom row and their values?
