My P0300 permanent fix.....
After numerous useless reflashes from Mitsu and annoying moments of "check engine" warnings, I finally resolved the issue. I got rid of the POS! And replaced it's space in the garage for this.....
It certainly doesn't perform anywhere close to that of the Evo. But for what it lacks in speed and agility is made up in refined stlye and comfort.
I do miss the performance and fun factor from the Evo but I just couldn't endure the headache from p0300. I was tempted into purchasing an 05 MR but after my experience with Mitsu I believe the Evo was my last and final Mitsu.
I want to thank you all for making this forum a very entertaining and informative web site. Although I may have switched reigns I am still a car enthusiast and if it werent for my bad experience I would have kept the 8!
Aloha....and happy/safe motoring

I get that code about 2 times a month no biggee for me since I love the car, granted it shouldnt be doing that from the factory.
Youll come back sooner or later . You got a taste of speed theres no turning back

nice BMW. Thinking of a M5 my self since I can get one for Auction price. I work at one. I may test the sti first since I can get an 05 for just over 20g in mint condition. Without question mitsh sucks but the Evo to me is like the oxygen in my life. I just cant do without it. I have tried parking it for a mth and drive another car like a sti, srt, gto and others since i have access to alot of them; but I just dont get that feeling from any of them. Still holding on to mine for now.
Nuff said; hope you got a friend that will let you drive theirs

The yellow board is a 9'4" Chrinstensen (local shaper in San Diego). This is my ultimate summer board. Old school design, single fin and lots of glass. Excellent noserider and perfect for those really small days.
What's not pictured is my 5'7" lost "roundnose fish" I primarily use this board when the waves are at least waist to head high. Very fun board on good days
Water In San Diego is still in the mid to higher 60's. I'm still "trunking" it but I think tomorrow i'll be wearing my spring suit.
Aloha
