170 shouldnt be tat bad...but when i bought my evo i had 6 miles on it. i was lucky

 

Thanks that made me feel a little better. By the way, when should I do my first oil change? Ive read somewhere that you should do it at 500 miles to clean all the little metal pieces from the motor out. But I'm not to certain.. Can someone please clarify?
