Why do people get an EVO if they cannot afford the gas to run it!!!
I bought an Evo before my wife was pregnant and while she is still working. Now next month we go down to 1 salary and 1 extra mouth....not to mention all the mods that we need for him over the next couple of years before I can send him off to the working world. Hmmm....what age do those sweatshops in china recruit???

Let's say u fill up 6 times a week and u fill up a full tank...U save $1.40 per tank. 6*52=312*$1.40=$436.80. You save $436.8 IF u fill up 6 times a week. Now that's almost impossible. More likely if u drive a lot, it's 6 times per month. 6*12*$1.40=$100.80. Is it worth the $100 each year??? You save less than $10 per month. Just not eat out one night can save u more than that plus gas!!!

Is is worth saving 10c/gal and going back to 91 octane from 93??? With the price going up and up its starting to look attractive. I know in alot of states 91 is the most you can get. Any adverse affects of doing this? I have put 91 in it when driving out of the state before, but I have been hessitant to really get on it. Plus it was all interstate driving.

Thanks for the advice

better yet .. why have a evo then and try to save money on gas.. go trade it in on a hybrid.....

yep that's what it comes down to at the end bottom line....

so let's say you fill up once a week....so you save $1 dollar a week...

52 weeks in a year...so you save $52 a year...how much do you love this $52? I'm not trying to sway decisions here, but that's your bottom line question...how important is $52 dollars to me?

Screw You!

Love,
All california evo owners.

Just kidding, use 93 while you can get it. I bet i'm paying more for 91 here than you are for 93.
