Everytime I see one park, always wait to see what the driver looks like or how they act. Most of the time I am driving something other than either of my EVO's. Sad to say but most act pretty cocky. Same thing with giving the thumbs up to an EVO driver. Rarely get the same back, usually they look the other way. So I don't even bother anymore. Funny how having a particular car makes a person better than others.

 

I have met a few cool people that have nodded or waved, but mostly I get the "tough guy" attitude where they just look over and keep driving like they didn't even see you even though you met eyes with them.

 

Man I haven't seen anyone around here. Is there anything good in that store, I went in there once and there was like 10 products.

yea...i know 3 of them personally now and there kool as hell. everyone else has had the same run in with the guy and one of them know him and says so. i am not goin to lose any sleep over it or anything but at the time it just kind of irked me that some people or so rude. Oh and lookEVO...it is Electric Blue...havent changed it yet

I haven't met one bad evo owner yet, and I bet I've talked to 30-40 evo owners. A lot of the guys I run into with Evo's are very young though, I'm like damn how do you afford it?

 

The funny thing is, that I saw this I saw this same guy coming home from school yesterday, and I waved at him, and he just gave me this pissed off look. I was about to turn around and follow him, but I figured it wasnt worth waiting my time...

i guess im a dick...whenever im riding my duck i dont wave, or do the stick my arm out thing that all the bikers do it seems. i wave at other ducks or aprilia's when i see 'em...for the same reason i nod @ evo and sti owners...acknowledge kick *** cars.

 

I don't remember seeing a "wave to other owners" rule listed in the video I had to watch before buying the car.

There are good and bad people everywhere you go. You will always find some percentage that just doesn't play along.

I'm a regular working guy and a human being. Sometimes I'm in a good mood and feel like waving. Other times I'm very busy or in a bad mood, so I might not wave.

Anyone who expects me to fulfill their car guy needs by waving to acknowledge that I have the same car they do will probably end up being disappointed at some point in time. Is that a reason to write me off as a dick?

yea, i see one the other night. i was driving to work on the turnpike. and he gets next to me.i do the usual nod. he doesnt even acknowledge me. he's with his girl he just trys to race me. zooms off. plus after he zooms off on me, he throws his hazards on. i mean i can only think of how dumb is he? im wearing a uniform with broward sheriff's patches on it.
