all the time... and worse... i live in la so i see them everywhere... just can't expect everyone to be nice.
it's funny actually... whenever my friend was in teh car with me i'd get waves... so we started a lil game to see if it was really her or not. turns out... some people just aren't interested in being nice over commonality.
