that is exactly how my car is stored. In doors when home, and outdoors at work.

Thanks for the info i just called mitsubishi and they gave me a case # so now the dealer rep will have to deal with that and how long they said your replacements will arrive.

Too much track time I guess!!!
My Brembo's after 2k miles are starting to look like that I guess I should take them in now...

I've got 33k on mine, stored indoors, washed and waxed frequently. I think the track time extreme heating got to them. they are almost dark cherry/black when coming off the track.

I have same two issue and scheduled to see the regional rep.

One concern I have is that my 03 CF wing is made out of CF even on the side/vertical part where it's painted. However, I read somewhere that the painted part on the wing is plastic on the newer model. Is this true? Can they only change the not painted part of the wing??

Ok with 2K miles on it, you really think its how I wash my car? It hasn't touched the track yet and its an '05. So I have no clue whats going on. Two of the major dealers near me are black listed for service so I don't know if I'm going to get any help on this matter.

I'll take pictures when this storm leaves, but the brembo hasn't changed to the orange yet, their just starting to peel and chip.

Can you go to the other dealer if you have a warranty on the replacement? I believe new parts come with its own warranty and not the original that comes with the car. Just wondering.

Yeah I would think that Brembo would have a warranty. Hmm may have to look into that, call Brembo and see what the deal is if they will fix it instead of Mitsubishi.

I was wonderin that same thing,... that if my spoiler starts to get spots and fade if it would be covered again as long as it was within 12 months? my concern is that the dealership has to paint it, and what if while they are painting it they scuff part of the carbon fiber, wouldn't that be a spot that would later fade?

Before you accept the product look over it, if you see any kind of inperfections (besides in the Carbon Fiber itself) I would not accept it. I would tell them to take it back and get you something acceptable.

I'm still going to call Brembo and talk with them and see what needs to be done. Because they're are such a Higher Quality of a product then most, I would think that they wouldn't want their brand new products looking like garbage on somebodies brand new car.

Its worth a shot at least. If somebody has any better social skills then I may have please help out, I mean if it benefits the community why not?
