Evo6 tuning questionsssssssssssss

Hi guys, I've just bought myself an evo6 and have the following mods in mind

- hydra ems
- HKS 272 in/ex cams
- HKS cam gears
- ebc boosting at 1.4 bar
- td06-20g turbo

ppl have been telling me that I would need the following to support the above mods:

- gaskets (to lower compression ratio).
- spring valves

but after seeing the dyno section on this web (most of them are evo 7/8 though), I do not see that much (if any) ppl have upgraded their gaskets and spring valve

So my question is, are these 2 parts "a must" if I'm planning to do the step above?

thank you so much!!!

stay away from hydra... its the biggest POS standalone ive seen, a friend of mine put it on his car and no one could effectively tune the car

NOw the guy has an AEM and is definately reaping more benifits

If your running a evo 6 around you should look into Motec or AEM
