bumper bar - and ams fmic

Any one here installed ams fmic and bumper bar? (Crash bar) for some reason, I cant install my front bumper without taking bar out. Should i trim something? any ideas ?

I havent heard of anyone having to remove any crash bars for the AMS intercooler install..

A friend and I installed one on his car and we didnt have any problem with the crash bar. We did have a problem with the fitment of the brackets, and we had to bend them to get them to fit.

Mine was a direct bolt-on. No modification necessary aside from the undertray.

evomoto.com has a good tech article on how to install the ams front mount, just installed mine sat. had to bend the brackets also to get to fit, your front bumper cover should fit fine over the bumper(crash bar) unless you don't have it on thier right. Had my lower pipe blow off at the intercooler today, could not have had them tigher than what they were, must have twisted it loose when installing the front mount, better not happen again, know someone else that had a problem with the pipe blowing off sometimes
