When it comes to buying this kind of performance, a few grand is nothing.

Here's the logical steps for buying true performance cars: Evo -> Elise -> M3 -> 911 GT3 -> Enzo.

Don't waste your money on anything else.

if you pay a dime over msrp you are getting ripped off.... haggle with them and you will find that many of them will in fact go under msrp

Get at LEAST MSRP.

Either get less or MSRP. But I'm not paying anything but for a Mitsubishi. ****...35k is still too much for a Mitsubishi.

You're almost right, I like how you think. I'm getting the EVO soon. Hopefully a 997 GT3 will come in a couple years for me.

Evo -> Elise -> 911 GT3 -> Carrera GT

Carrera GT may be replaced by GT3 cup car and a trailer

Spoke to my local dealership. They should be getting a IX by next week or the week after, and giving it to me for under MSRP .

I'm glad you guys are all getting treated well out there. I'm not sure what it is about dealers here in Idaho, Boise specifically, but they seem to be squeezing it for all its worth. My favorite part is when they misquote the MSRP like they think I have no way of seeing the Mitsubishi Website. So far best offer I have is $36,800. I'm starting to think I might take it. Sure beats the $42,200!!!!

Just buy it out of state and go pick it up over a weekend. There are plenty of people working for dealers on these boards offering MSRP right off the bat.

Getting a qoute for MSRP in Sacto, CA. Not too bad. I think if I came in with cash I might be able to get them down to $35.5k.

Bought my VIII that way and they gave me a pretty good break.

Why would you go backward in performance and then foward? Current M3 looks better, but is not a better performer, elise...track car......Gt3 and Enzo cool.
