1500 to spend
Then the best advice I can give you is find someone who can advise you on the right path and also offers high quality parts.
WORKS has been great with me and I think that I have got great advice along the way. I have never had to upgrade a part because it was not what I expected or did not perform as expected. Also every time I needed someone to sit and explain why this should be done they have taken that time.
I'm sure they are not the only tuner out there that does this, but they are the ones I have experience with so I would have to recommend them.

Parts shouldn't be based on how much $$ you have, its about getting everything to work together. If you really have pushed the car's limits and your own, you will know what will make the most difference for your $.
www.worksevo.com, they are a vendor on evom.
