1500 to spend
I was thinking this setup I already have a safc2 not installed yet but
megan racing manifold
cat delete
megan racing exhaust
or injen exhaust
all installed together with the safc2 and tuned what do you guys think?

why does the megan cat delete have 3 connection screws on one end and the megan catback exhaust or downpipe only has 2 connection screws? I have the megan downpipe and it only has 2 connection screws.

If you are currently stock, then get the following:
K & N drop in filter $70
Meagan TBE $600
Hallman MBC $100
Boost gauge $100
Wahlbro fuel pump $100
ECU reflash $300
If you do all the installation yourself, then you have money to spare. This should put you in the 270-300 awhp range.
You can do a search for all of these mods and get installation instructions on the EVO How to/Installations forum.

Header ex manifold seems to be an overkill for stock turbo, sure looks nice though. You'll get much more bang/$ with a set of properly installed cams.
Wish I had $1500 to spend on my car.
