i was planning on buying the new evo IX thats comin out but after i saw those concept pics i was like woah.if the evo X looks anywhere along those lines the the X it is, and the evo X will have nearly 350 bhp which is sick...

the evo X doesnt look good to me, first off its coming off as heavy, all the dimensions of the car got bigger, it lost all of its rally inspired looks, the taillights and headlights are way too small, it has alot of aluminum body pannelling which means we should expect a sharp rise in price, and by the way when i see it i think of a tl mixed with a mazda 6, it lost any rally aggressiveness it had, its aluminum block which stinks, and it seems like they added unnecessary components to the awd system which will also increase weight and make the weight distribution worse, and one thing i always loved about the evo was its evolution in design, if you compare the evo I to the IX, you can see a slow transition of body styling similar to what european car companies do with their cars, it wasnt a scrap this styling and come out with something totally different approach that most japanese cars have, now they lost that and completely changed the design making the evo just like all other japanese cars:lacking true lines and craftsmanship, they really bombed with the new approach with the evo imo, it went from a firebreathing rallycar to a sedan with an awd system and a turbo in it, plus it seems like they wont give us a dccd style acd like subaru has (which i think is pretty cool), nor did they fix the torque transfer ratios (to explain this would take too long), thumbs down on initial review, of course its subject to change, but thats basically the X, there wont be much change to it asthetically nor enginewise, look at the eclipse for example

the car i drive has nothing to do with my opinion on the evo...i dont have an evo at the moment because my current financial situation doesnt call for one being that im a college student who pays for everything including tuition on my own and i got the maxima for a killer deal so i couldnt pass it up, so next time make sure you know the person before you start bashing on them...freaking tool...i did not rip on your evo in anyway so dont take shots at me...everyone is a tough guy on the internet nowadays...
