I had a couple buddies get screwed over by their exhaust group buy where they were taking money for products they didn't have in stock and couldn't ship for months.
My roommate finally found out after weeks of hassle on his exhaust buy that the place was pretty much run by a father/son team and they were just simply unorganized. So whether you chalk it up to honest mistakes, not enough organization, or fraud, the bad reports of RNR seem to continually compound.
Caveat emptor.
Side note: I've always thought that RNR was trying to capitalize on the name of RMR, and to find out that they're selling knock-offs isn't a huge surprise. Does anyone know what the acronym RNR stands for?

I think it's better to deal with them if you are local to them, other than that I'd stay away. I am local to them though, and when I finally get my EVO in Feb/March (As soon as my tax return comes in) they're one of the companies I might do business with.
Bad experience here also. I still have a screwed up, brand new downpipe they sent me ($300.00). This thing wouldn't fit on any Evo. Good thing it comes with a lifetime warranty. Which means if the downpipe ever fixes itself, they'll take it back and screw it all up again for free
. i'm sure I would have to pay shipping both ways though
