if you have issues with RNR or any other vendor or shop, try calling them first and i am 100 percent sure, ryan will take care of you.
Don't get me started with calling that company and trying to get service. Oh, wait, this is a joke, right?

I was planning on getting the 3076 kit as well from RNR. After reading this on thier customer service and them using Megan Racing parts in their turbo kits has got me turned away big time from this companny.

Why wont RNR post in this topic?

We have never sold a knock-off part. If anyone with our parts will tell you we only sell original manufacturer parts like Tial, Precision, Turbonetics, etc. If a customer had a problem it would be best to contact us as this is the first we have heard of it. We have sold well over a 100 kits on here with all real parts. We are totally against what China is doing to the market. We have never done that and never will.

This is my last post in this thread until I actually here from the customer with the problem. An email was sent to him since we can't get him on the phone.

Funny this isn't the first i've heard of bad customer service, it took 2 months for my friend to recieve his intercooler and he will never deal with the company again.

Judging from all the negatives i have heard here and elsewhere, a positive company image and customer service aren't high on their priorities.

I would like to say that I have serval RnR products and custom RnR products on my car and Ryan has always done a very good job to provide me with what I have asked for and without question. All the products are real and name brand on every RnR turbo kit I have installed.

Just my experience.

I think they had most of their issues when they were understaffed in the past. Their rep has definately improved over the last 6 months and as you can see from Ryan's repsonse, they are very interested in a happy customer. Also remember, RNR may be a victim of the knock-off Tials. Nothing wrong with selling stuff someone else made as your own brand. This is very common.

BTW, I'm not a customer and have been very critical of RNR in the past, but I've been impressed with their efforts to better service their customers and the EVO community.

I have a RNR gt3076 kit on my car and 3inch intake.. Ryan gave me a very good deal and shipping it only took about a week. Only had one small problem with the intake but that was solved with my fabricator.

Ryan and Raymond asnwered all my phone calls and responded to my PM's very fast.

They are good in my books!
