It is a site that the DSM community and a couple of others use to share good and bad stories about vendors and private sellers. Needless to say RNR stands out in the complaints section. They have been putting people into spots like this a long time. I always hate being a part of threads like this buy being a DSM shop i have seen too many people come through my business with these issues.

Almost all those DSM threads are from last year. We have made a lot of changes in the last 10 months and are working hard to keep a clean reputation. Our whole problem started with growing fast and not being able to keep up with the demand(long lead time). We have added more employees, bigger shop, better machines, etc. If you do a search on here you will see a lot of threads of positive service, parts, etc. We work our asses off and do what we can to make every customer happy. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we always try to make things right. This is our lives and how we support our family, kids so we take things seriously and try to improve.



I am working it out with the customer so this is my last post on this topic.

Yes I have. On my Tarmac black they installed my Works Downpipe, Hi-flow filter, boost control hose, Works brake lines and gave me all the unused hardware, wrapped/stored my old parts neatly in the my trunk. I would go there again and I will to have them install my cams.

I just got a spam PM from RnR trying to sell their product.

 

I've dealt with RNR racing and haven't had any problems with them. I would buy from them again without thinking twice.

As bad as a reputation they have, they still have by far the MOST attractive manifold you can get for an Evo.

 

Honestly I don't think I would buy from them because of the lies. Honesty is a huge deal especially when your running a business. I am selling my Rnr IC for 2 reason and this is one of them, the other that it sits too low for my liking.

I would not buy anything from them, soley based on this thread alone. That is not even counting all the other threads about them....

 

I am MAJORLY concerned by the FAKE Tial wasgegate, there has to be some response for this, this needs to be investigated, because if the customer could prove it, that's criminal.

 

Whoa, what does a fake Tial wastegate have anything to do with China? Care to explain yourself?

We should all blame China for what "it is doing to the market" since we are paying less money for consumer products like shoes and clothings! Authentic products made in China are horrible for the economy!

Please, using generalization against an entire nation is uncalled for.

 

No....................... China has 0 respect for copyrights and intelectual property. They simply take that product, take it apart, and then make it for %10 of the cost and then sell it with TAIL on it, it's fraud, and that is what Ryan is talking about. And it is being done BLATENTLY and that is why the ebaY auction was ended cuz Tial (the REal TIAL) spoted a fake and ended the auction.


My question is, did RNR really put on a Chines fake Tail wastegate???

 

are you telling me its 100% China's fault that maybe a company from a different country isnt involved in this? Unless you can prove to us that its was a Chinese company in China who decided to make fake Tial products and sell them overseas. For you to say China has 0 respect for copyrights is
