Thankfully your wife is ok. It's tough to hear about your Evo, but the car can be replaced. It's just some money lost, and you can always make more money. It's those special women in our lives that are irreplaceable.

Not much new I can add, but I'm glad your wife made it out ok aside from minor injuries. I hope everything works out for you in some way, shape or form. I've got a funny feeling your wife isn't going to be to thrilled about driving your new Evo if/when you get it.

Why is this happening. This is just the FIRST WEEK. Insurance on this car is going to suck the big beef stick. It was only $100 less than the 2003 Cobra, but that car has been around for a while now and people aren't flipping them. This sucks for owners since what happens to another person's EVO will effect YOUR insurance rate in the future.

Arghargharghargh!!!

Wow ChicagoMike is pretty concered about his welfare considering this guys wife was the one in the accident. Woof man, one car doesnt make a difference about your petty insurance. **** happens, be sensitive.

Well, so far we have two evos down. One with a few broken bones (last weeks test drive) and one in intensive care (this one).

But even with 2 cars in the hospital we have no drivers in the hospital, which is awesome. Despite ChicagoMike's somewhat insensitive rant, I'm Uber glad to hear your wife made it through ok! A pure testatament to the power this car has. If all these people can think about is their insurance rates and not someone else's well-being I'm worried... very worried. Well bishi I'm glad your wife is OK, no matter what damage is assesed to the car, it's better to have the a mechanic come give you the bad news than a doctor.

I am really glad the wife is ok, but I just have to ask HOW IN GODS NAME DO YOU HIT A RUT BIG ENOUGH TO ROLL AN EVO, I know that they are not invinsible, but you have to either be a really ****ty driver, or be going mach 3 and just crank the wheel. I am sorry but just don't give the wife a machine of that quality, and that much power to drive around. I just really can't see the logic of any of this. Once again i am glad the wife is ok, and who cares about the car. If I had the car I would be quite reluctant to ley anyone drive it.
