Anybody with ship date around 4/1?

Has the car cleared customs?

My dealer was originally supposed to have the car 3/13.....then 3/24...now 4/1.........I really am getting pissed about this whole buying experience. My patience is getting thin as while I was writing this they called and said they expect the car 4/3 now. ARGH! MITSUBISHI IS KILLING ME!!

 

1 week ago I was told 4/4 ship date then 7 - 10 days AFTER that for the trucks to get from CA to PA

 

mine is supposed to arrive on 4/2

 

Mine it's supposed to be here on 4/4. Does PA get its cars all the way from CA?? That doesn't sound right.

 

Mine has a drop date of 4/1 give or take a day or two.

 

This is my first Mitsubishi...and from the way I am being handled it will be my last.

 

yeah, that doesn't sound right. i saw on the stickers of evo's here in MD that they came through the Baltimore port......

 

I have a delivery date of 4/4 also. And yes all Evo's are shipped to CA then put on a train across the country to either the port in Baltimore or Newark. They get trucked from there

 

I don't know what is going on. A friend of mine got a Black one the should have been here last week. My Silver Was supposed to ship 4/1. I am not sure about this anymore.

I dealer email me this just now:

"Hi Fred:

The silver Evo is in pre -release status. I have a full vin # also. I think that status means it is ready to be released to the trucking company for shipment to us"

I don't know!!!

Anybody know what he is talking about?

My date used to be 4/5 but got moved up to 4/1, but it will be in tomorrow, the truck left LA yesterday morning.
BTW I am in Albuquerque,NM.
