Picking up my new Evo, any advice?

I'm going to pick up my new 05 Evo VIII and was wondering if anyone had any important tips or advice to offer.
I test drove an Evo VIII 3 weeks ago and that was it, I got hooked. I decided that the miata had to go in exchange for the Evo, so I've got that up for sale.
Thanks

Man, you guys are rough!!!

The poor guy is NEW to the EVO community and what a welcome you gave him.

Out of 6 replies in this thread, only one guy had something that actually contributed to this thread. And I agree with him...

Break your new baby in right...600 miles before the real fun.

Congrats!

YES - (if you plan on modding your car ever)when you go in make sure the Service manager is good looking - cause you'll have to kiss his hairy A$$ if you need anything done under warranty on your Evo, without it being your fault.

Make sure the oil's not overfilled from factory and that the air pressures in the tires aren't over-inflated (they over-inflate it from factory for the ride here). If you can get the alignment checked, do that, cuz often times, they are out of spec as well.

Check your car real well, all around!. Don't leave the dealership without making sure there aren't any scratches or stuff. You'll probably want to ride it right away, but restrain a bit and make sure everything's fine.
