it s amazing to see how many people on this forum that dont know what they are talking about. Exhaust doesn t need a ecu reflash at all.
back to the original thread, yes after installing my dp and highflow cat, i could feel a difference in power.

ECU flash isn't needed but it would definitely help. I have an AVO catback and HKS downpipe. The car didn't really feel any different other than it has an exhaust note. I figure with a MBC and flash I will feel it.

yes the car open's up, power gains will be felt theres no tuneing needed.

AHH Hearing this just makes me more anxious to get my Downpipe and Catback installed...but I have to wait until xmas morning to put it on ... oh well from what you said its well worth the wait...enjoy!!!

i didnt felt difference either ,,but when it comes to methanol kit with 28psi...hell ya...i definetyl feel big difference..

I noticed a difference when I went from stock to megan TBE with test pipe.

Faster spool up with more whine (even more whine while the undertray was removed)
Boost seems to go from 22 psi in 3rd down to 19 psi, whereas it seemed to be 21 psi to 18 (though that might be due to cooler air in winter, not sure)

Go through 1st and 2nd gear like a shot

My ghetto 02 fix is working well-no CEL's, but it is not very pretty.
