Those who act guilty are. At the point you noticed him pacing you there is nothing you can do about it but act like you belong. Same thing with braking when you see a cop. By the time you see him, his radar has already seen you. Downshift or use the parking brake to slow down easily.

That sucks about you getting speeding ticket less than 36 hours into owning the Evo. If he didnt get you on the gun, I have some good news for you. I just saved over $400 by switching to Geico. I really did!!

haha, while i admit the jokes on this thread are pretty funny, come on, dont flame the guy, honestly, how many of you havent broke the speed limit ever? yeah thought so...and for the guys who claim they follow the speed limit all the time, give me a break...with cars like that its very easy to accidently go 80 or 90, 60 feels like 40 in these cars, and you cant claim you never took it past 60, give me a break, its one thing to be stupid and drive ridiculously fast, but this guy just got caught while hes adjusting to the car, dont flame him, but yeah his sn def set him up for some funny jokes
