You implied that because he posted on a messageboard frequently that he must be a nerd. I assume you would hold this same untrue opinion about anyone else. Am I wrong?

 

1st. you should get your story straight.


2nd. perhaps you shouldn't get all pissy when people try to help you out. assholish or not, Warrtalon's advice is usually spot on.

and the fact you have to resort to name calling on the internet because you can't back up your stories nor think of an inteligent response, only shows you're being a troll.

3rd. research. there are COUNTLESS threads on running 12's, 11's, 10's etc etc. and once you start READING them, you can start to pick out what sounds streetable or not.. i mean you ARE a gearhead like us right??

Well, that's the most annoying part. He doesn't have one, won't have one for several months (if ever), and is only getting it for his wife because she "likes the turbo sound." At this point, I'm more inclined to believe he's a troll sent to trigger me in hopes of saying something that gets me banned than to think he's actually interested in Evos. Perhaps it's a ploy?!

 

perhaps!? are the mods giving you $hit? i get discouraged from checking the general and evo tech forum for fear of busting a blood vessel in my head due to the abundance of noobness and redundant questions.

Yes, I got a formal warning from Speedlimit due to MANY people hitting "report post" on me. Talk about weak. I've never done that to anyone, no matter what they said to me. I'm just thankful the mods haven't alread ypulled the trigger, because apparently, they've been inundated with complaints. On the flipside, the recognize the value I bring (what little that may be) and want me to provide that value without the rudeness.

People like Zectasy, FastestEvar, and Evil_Evo_8 make it very difficult, because they aren't held to any standard. They are allowed to post FAQs over and over and over and say the dumbest things without any recourse whatsoever, much to the chagrin of those of us who actually contribute...

Who reported your posts to the moderators? People like Zecstasy, FastestEvar and Evil_Evo_8? Seriously, if you aren't a total idiot noob, you won't get pissed by Warrelton's posts

 

I wasn't told who reported my posts, but I was told it happens ALL THE TIME...so much so that the mods are terribly annoyed and will shut me down if it continues. Hopefully, admitting to this doesn't cause another flurry of reported posts by those listed above, and if it does, hopefully the mods will see how helpful I've been without being rude. :halo:

Also, much to my chagrin AGAIN, I was addressed as Warrelton by the mod who PM'd me. Talk about a slap in the face, haha...

 

It's wonderful that someone who actually contributes to this community will get banned but worthless posters get to run wild making 28 page threads every time someone with ***** gets a new car. POST PIX BABY! WHOOOOOOOOO I AM A TOTAL WASTE OF AIR!

I hope some moderators are reading this and realizing that not everyone is dissapointed with Warrel... er Warrtalon's posting.
