Well, I ended up pulling my credit to cut out some of the guess work and to my surprise it's not as bad as I thought! I pulled a tri-merge and I had 655, 666, and 667. Any idea what kind of rates I'll be looking at financing $25-$27k?

I have no idea what rate you will get with that score, however I'm sure this website will help with your purchase:

http://www.autosite.com/content/buy/...ion/Calculator

Before buying my Evo I had all the numbers ready (with the help of the above website), and when I got to the dealer I ended up paying ~$5 more per month from what the website said. That difference was due to additional services I purchased.

Good luck.

I would say its possible to qualify for the 0.0 or even 1.9-2.9 range.

It also depends on how much debt your in as well. They look at your debt to income ration. If you have maxed out credit cards get them to about a little under half the balance that helps alot.

Or you could make a ton of money to help out that ratio as well

Make sure you got your numbers from myfico.com. They are the only ones that offer your true FICO score since their scoring model is completely proprietary.

All car dealers will run you on two different creditors. Also even if you have a 700+ factor score doesn't you qualify for 0% financing, it's base on your income, how long on job and what kind of job. if you 670 score bring about 5,000 your interest would be about 8-9%. the national average is 7%

my score was around 680 .. 670 perfect nothing wrong. just dont have much of a credit history since I'm young and the loans I had I paid them within a year.. so doesnt build much up. the dealership offered me 10 percent and I told them that I would find better and I did.. about half that.. its 5.5 or 6 so much better .. not great but it works. Associated Bank is great
