The fp green has been one of the most popular turbo upgrades in the dsm world for a long time. It is a 50trim with a stage III exhaust side i belive. Its been a long time since I have been in the dsm game, but if my memory serves me right... its liquid cooled and non BB. I have seen some great times come from cars using that turbo. If you were to sell a used one, I would imagine that you could get rid of it fairly easily (just make sure it is in good condition). dsmtrader.com is your friend if you purchase this car. I parted a few dsm's over the years & no matter how bad the condition... i made minimum 3k off each one.

 

well went up to my boys house today and bought the car...i gave him 700$ cuz thats all i had told him i pay the other 300 some other time and heres what i saw on the car:

-the fr green turbo of course
-tial 40mm wastegate
-evo III manifold
-Greddy oil catch can
-aeromotive fpr
-hks vpc
-blitz bov
-big *** intercooler have pulled it off yet
-custom 3" tbe
-havent pulled the injectors yet

You now have the Ultimate Pump gas Turbo. Purchase a DSM Link to tune. When you get your transmission rebuilt by Jon at TRE, order up a TALL 1st gear, like a GVR4 1st gear or that custom one he built. ALSO swap out the 5th gear for a GS-T 5th gear cuz you'll have teh power to pull that gear up top and have some top end to boot.

i had an FP Green on my eclipse.....it is hands down the best street turbo ever made for the DSM's.

Also, i know a guy with an STi who ran an 11.4 on PUMP GAS with an FP green.


If they made them for the EVO.....I would be first on the list.......

 

The FP green uses a Mitsu TD06 turbine wheel , not any Garrett wheel on the turbine side. The compressor side is a 50 trim as stated above.
