It should only leak out of the MBC if the MBC isn't tightened down. Mine started leaking in the teens, so I cranked it down a little. It then leaked again at 20, so I tightened it more. It never leaked again, because I didn't go over 23psi during the test.

so i just need to tighten down the lines...cuz it leaks as soon as air is introduced into the piping...the air is leaking out of the top where the the screw that adjust the boost is..

its leaking out of the top where the screw is and where the 2 rubber washers are...its a turboxs mbc....i talked to my friends at the shop i got it from and they said it should be leaking like that cuz the turbo will want to boost like 30 punds but the mbc lowers it to where u set it at..

They're wrong...that's ridiculous.

Anyway, now that you say you have the absolute worst MBC for our car, I'm laughing inside. I still don't understand why people buy that crazy MBC, but if you'd been around longer, you'd have seen all the complaints from people who had lots of problems then had to switch to a different MBC. I don't know anything about the screws you're talking about, because the Hallman doesn't have a screw. Sorry.
