ecu mods are reversable. So if you have to take your other warranty voiding upgrades off, just have the ecu flashed back to stock settings.

That's a pretty big waste of money, though.

not when you compare it to the cost of voided warranty work if they do pick up on that mod.

I suppose, but I don't know of anyone who pays to get reflashed back to stock everytime they go to the dealership for service. That's just now how it's done...not really feasible.

agreed, for service work. But I thought the question was about warranty work? Just me personally, but if I blow a turbo or a transmission and my car is modded, it's relatively cheap to un-flash your ecu when looking at the overall picture. But if you're going in for a fluids change, it's relatively expense to un-flash, and really no need to do so since the dealership won't have a reason to check.

Just depends on why you're taking your car into the dealership.

Get a Works P2 flash for your mods and octane. Their flash is undetectable by the dealerships.
