Car Feel "Weird" Lack of Power...

Recently I noticed that my Evo feels a lot slower than normal. When I step in to it, the Profec B Reads a steady 20psi. This is strange because the car feels a lot slower. If the car has a boost leak, would the profec b still read that type of boost level? Anything else you guys can think of? I have a TBE, Profec B, and Air filter...

Thanks in advance..

Well it would read the same (maybe) but it would take longer to reach that boost level. I'd do a full boost leak test if were u.

/\+1.

You wont be able to notice a (small) boost leak by the gauge. It will feel slower as it will take longer for the turbo to spool.

Just do a boost leak test and find the culprit..

I've been having the same kind of problem.. i got my car back from the dealership (after a new shortblock had been installed) its been 1000 miles (to break in the engine) and i feel like the turbo isn't engaging as powerful as it used to be..

Whats a boost leak test? and where do i get it done?

you can also look at the vaccuum side of the guage (at idle or like coming down a hill foot off the gas in a gear though) check if thats normal make sure its not to low or high.
