ram air is useless on a turbocharged car. the airspeed at the intake is about 100mph... so unless you're going much beyond that you're not gonna see any ram air effects. the intake acts as a vacuum already. the point is to have access to cold air. and that's what that lil hose does. it helps to have it from more than one source, which is why lots of people have an inlet from their bumper and from the snork too.

They are lighter but not as safe as money don't have any sort of supports in them. They are also nearly 3k for all four doors. Seibon makes them for the EVO8/9.

thanks, i wasnt sure it was Seibon or some other brand, but for sure
i know they're not as safe but i wonder if you could take the crash beams
from the stock doors and install them on the CF Doors? at least you'd have something.

i dont think so. every look how stock doors are can even take out of stock with out cuting door. if have cf door just get a full roll cage.
