I'm no expert on it, but isn't it just regular tint? I bought some tint from my local tint shop and it looks SWEET! I could buy you some, call it "evo 7 tint" and sell it to you for triple.

I think I saw spray paint before for tinting head or tail lights. If I remember, I'll get back to you.
