This morning I drove it to work in a suit, took the jacket off though in the car.

For reactions I think it is the same as wearing any other kind of clothing in any other car. Most people dont kow what an evo is so I look like a young kid going to work. It was traffic though so I cant really gun it.

i believe it was just closed. i wear business casula everyday, but they day i had to wear a suit i got the worst stare possible. a cop pulled me over doing 25 in 3rd gear in a 25 for modified exhaust at 6:30 am. ofcourse they gave me a ticket. i guess the $1000 suit i bought can't mask i'm only 21 and drive a fast car. age discrimination, go pull over those stupid rustangs with straight pipes jerks. and while your at it ban all motorcycles and desiels cause those are much much louder then mine.

My friend...I did my share of trying to save your "So I drove my Evo to work..." thread by mentioning that you work at the drag strip and it's your job to race your other business associates (also in suits) w/ their Mercs. Obvisouly the Mods are not entertained by my words.

my wife drives a lime green beetle and works in marketing some of her associates made comments about her car not exactly saying it outloud but hinting that it was not a car suitable for work kind of crap,... what gives anyways? i think it is car discrimination.... i work in real estate btw and i have to wear a suit everyday

Suits give me rashes. Luckily the Evo doesn't. I wear jeans to work everyday, but then again, ad agencies are a little more lax on the wardrobe requirements...especially if you're a "creative."

Yes, I do, but I get no reactions. No one seems to notice the Evo to begin with, much less what I'm wearing. Now, when I step out of the car at work, people look a bit confused, but that's about all...
